The HR Operations team in Stockholm consists of seven professionals, located atop Gallerian.
As a Junior People Partner, you will focus on operational HR excellence across the employee lifecycle. You will work both independently and closely with the Senior People Partner in Oslo and People Partners in Stockholm. This role provides hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle, supporting employees across Stockholm, Norway, Denmark, and Finland. Your responsibilities will include:
