We’re looking for a Junior HR Professional to join the Netlights HR Operations team in Stockholm working towards the Nordic offices. The company is built on trust and self-leadership. The Team The global HR organization includes 25+ colleagues across HR, Payroll, and Learning & Development. The HR Operations team in Stockholm consists of seven professionals, located atop Gallerian.

As a Junior People Partner, you will focus on operational HR excellence across the employee lifecycle. You will work both independently and closely with the Senior People Partner in Oslo and People Partners in Stockholm. This role provides hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle, supporting employees across Stockholm, Norway, Denmark, and Finland. Your responsibilities will include:  

• Acting as first-line support for employee questions
• Administrating HR processes across the Nordics (onboarding, offboarding, parental leaves, side businesses, leaves of absence)
• Handling people data across the employee lifecycle within our HRIS
• Supporting global mobility operations (e.g. commuters, transfers and work permits)
• Contributing to policy creation and helping improve HR processes
• Collaborating with the Nordic Payroll Specialist to ensure smooth operations
• Supporting operational HR tasks alongside senior colleagues and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations

What’s required

• A recent graduate or early-career professional with an HR-related university degree
• Eager to learn and motivated to develop within the HR field
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling administrative tasks
• Relationship-builder
• Proactive, responsible, and keen to take ownership of tasks
• Strong communication skills in English
