What You'll Do

Build & Scale

• Architect and develop core features for our AI automation platform
• Design scalable systems that handle integrations with 100+ apps (Gmail, Slack, HubSpot, Notion, and more)
• Create seamless user experiences that make complex automations feel simple
• Optimize performance to ensure our "30-second promise" remains true at scale

Innovate & Lead

• Work directly with AI/ML models to enhance our natural language processing capabilities
• Pioneer new approaches to workflow automation and app integrations
• Contribute to technical strategy and architecture decisions
• Mentor junior developers and help build our engineering culture

Ship Fast & Learn Faster

• Deploy features that immediately impact thousands of users
• Iterate rapidly based on user feedback
• Balance perfectionism with pragmatism - we ship weekly, not yearly
• Embrace the startup mindset: wear multiple hats, solve diverse problems

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience in production environments
• Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript (React, Node.js)
• Experience with scalable backend architectures and RESTful APIs
• Solid understanding of database design (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar)
• Track record of shipping products from conception to production
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly changing requirements

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with AI/ML integration and LLMs
• Background in building automation tools or workflow systems
• Familiarity with third-party API integrations (OAuth, webhooks, etc.)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization
• Previous startup experience (bonus if in early-stage)
• Understanding of no-code/low-code platforms
