In order to further strengthen the team, we are now recruiting a Process Lead in Lund, Sweden.

What you will do

· Drive and/or support the Global process teams, projects and daily operations.

· Ensure an updated and aligned BT Portfolio.

· Facilitate to ensure Master Data delivery according to set SLAs.

· Plan, conduct and measure Process training and drive the super user network.

· Further develop and deploy the change methodology in alignment with the BT process.

· Together with the global and local process teams drive End to End Process Performance.

· Ensure Benefit realization of all BT Office driven projects by delivering according to the BT Process andthe project/change management methods.

· Collaborate and align with relevant stakeholders

We believe you have

• Minimum 10 years of processes with international exposure;
• Process, Master Data & System knowledge; Change management/”Engage” leadership competences;
• Interpersonal & stakeholder management skills (partnership,communication)
• Good business knowledge and understanding
