We are looking for a developer Senior Project Manager for a global company in Västerås.

Start is ASAP, 1 year's contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.

Assignment Description - Project Manager

The consultant will act as Project Manager for a client in Västerås, ensuring the successful execution of assigned projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with the clients quality and safety framework.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the allocated project team and ensuring members have the necessary information to fulfill project requirements.
• Aligning projects with contractual obligations.
• Acting as the key customer contact, establishing and maintaining strong relationships.
• Managing risks and opportunities proactively.
• Overseeing invoicing and ensuring timely payment collection.
• Presenting project status in reviews and follow-up meetings.
• Serving as the escalation point for project-related issues.
• Supporting the continuous improvement of organizational processes, including the implementation and evaluation of new process steps.

Background & Requirements

• Master's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in technical project management within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in both English and Swedish.
• Knowledge of drive systems or the ability to quickly develop a solid technical understanding.
• Collaborative, solution-focused, open-minded, and outgoing approach.

This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Västerås. Start is ASAP, 1 year's contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.
