About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Solution Architect / Technical Consultant to lead and deliver complex, high-impact consulting assignments. In this senior role, you will play a key part in shaping consultancy offerings, driving business strategy, and ensuring exceptional delivery of customer solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, alignment, and development of consultancy offerings to match evolving customer needs.

• Oversee and ensure the successful delivery of large-scale, high-complexity assignments.
• 
  
• Review, guide, and approve the work of other consultants to maintain quality and consistency.
• 
  
• Define, implement, and promote best practices across consulting teams and projects.
• 
  
• Contribute to the development of consultancy products and services, and actively support the growth of the overall consulting business strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Sales, Market & Business Intelligence.
• 
  
• Strong background in strategic planning, leadership, and people development.
• 
  
• Ability to deliver results in complex and fast-moving environments.
• 
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Strategic vision with the ability to shape long-term consulting approaches.

• Experience in defining and scaling consulting frameworks.

Languages
