Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior RF Designer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Contribute to the development of advanced radio systems with a focus on RF board design and validation
• Design, test, and optimize RF circuits and components to meet performance, reliability, and compliance standards
• Perform laboratory testing and validation using industry-standard measurement equipment such as spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and network analyzers
• Execute and improve automated test systems developed in Matlab to ensure accuracy and efficiency in validation processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate RF designs into larger system architectures
• Support troubleshooting, debugging, and continuous improvements in both hardware and test automation workflows

What you bring:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in RF board design and hardware development
• Strong laboratory experience with hands-on skills in measurement, testing, and validation of RF systems
• Proficiency in handling RF test and measurement equipment in a lab environment
• Experience running and adapting automated test systems built in Matlab
• Practical knowledge and experience with Cadence Allegro for PCB design and layout
• Strong Python skills for test automation, data analysis, and workflow optimization
• Fluency in Swedish, with excellent communication and collaboration abilities
