THE ROLE

We are seeking an exceptional Chief People & Culture Officer (CPCO) to join our executive leadership team. This critical role will be responsible for shaping and executing our global people strategy, enabling the organization to scale effectively while fostering a strong, inclusive, and high-performance culture. The CPCO will play a central role in organizational design, leadership development, and talent management, ensuring that our people and culture remain a cornerstone of our growth journey.

Key Responsibilities

· Leadership Development: Design and implement programs that empower leaders at all levels to thrive in a dynamic, global business environment.

· Career Frameworks & Planning: Develop and oversee clear and transparent career frameworks, pathways, and succession planning processes to support employee growth and retention.

· Organizational Design: Partner with executive leadership to structure and evolve the organization for scalability, agility, and innovation.

· Executive Leadership: Actively contribute as a member of the executive management team, helping shape and execute company-wide strategy.

· Global Perspective: Bring a truly international mindset, ensuring alignment across diverse regions, cultures, and markets.

· Culture Stewardship: Drive initiatives that strengthen organizational culture, ensuring alignment with our mission, vision, and values.

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU

· Extensive experience in senior HR/People leadership roles, with a strong track record of scaling global organizations and a proven track record of rebuilding organizations

· Proven expertise in leadership development, career frameworks, and organizational design.

· Significant experience as part of an executive management team, with direct involvement in strategic planning and execution.

· Strong global perspective, with professional experience of working within and supporting multiple international regions.

· Exceptional communication, influence, and relationship-building skills at all levels of the organization.

· Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
