Your Role and Responsibilities

Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic warehouse environment and enjoys motivating teams? We’re looking for someone to lead one of three groups within our Swedish Planning and Fulfillment Center in Västerås, part of ABB’s Process Control Platform division.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for daily operations and continuous improvement, working closely with both local and global colleagues. Your team of around 10 includes two digital delivery specialists, and you’ll play a key role in ensuring efficient logistics and software deliveries.

Your responsibilities include:

• People leadership and development, with a strong focus on health and safety
• Warehouse operations and improvement, aligned with budget targets
• Software production and delivery coordination
• Collaboration with other line managers within PCP Sweden
• Reporting to the local Planning and Fulfillment Center Manager

Strong communication skills in Swedish and English are essential, along with a drive to improve processes and lead with purpose.

Qualifications for the Role

• Strong interest in people management
• A solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
• Fluency in Swedish and English
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Economy (or similar) is a requirement but could be replaced by Proven experience in project-, warehouse- or production management
