Inland Solutions & Growth Manager
We are looking for an Inland Solutions & Growth Manager to join our team, combining expertise in solution design, pricing, and market development across the Nordics.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and pricing competitive inland transportation solutions (road and rail) while supporting the commercial growth of our inland business. Working closely with Sales and Product colleagues, you will respond to customer requests, tenders, and opportunities—making sure our offerings are not only cost-effective, but also value-adding and sustainable.
Your focus is to grow the Maersk Inland Business - this means creating value adding solutions for our Swedish/Nordic customers that need our help to transport their import/export containers on truck or rail. You will be responsible for creating integrated solutions and prices for the full solution, and this require a deep knowledge about the Swedish/Nordic market in general, knows the customer landscape, RAIL brokers, freight forwarders that present in the different geographical areas etc.
This is a hands-on and strategic role: you will dive into solution creation and pricing, but also actively contribute to executing our Go-to-Market approach for inland services in Sweden and beyond.
