That’s why we offer a range of FREE Learning and Leadership Development programs designed to set you on your way to the kind of career you’ve always envisioned.  What you will do in this role   As a Junior Front - End Developer on our team, you will:  - Resolve technical support cases from customers via email, chat, and web, while adhering to response SLAs and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. - Reproduce customer problems to file effective bug reports and resolve issues. - Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to write clear, empathetic customer communications. - Contribute to product quality by consistently filing bugs and feature requests. - Create code samples to reproduce customer issues or demonstrate API behavior. - Assist teammates and other teams by answering consults and demonstrating initiative. - Be familiar with key documentation and consistently direct customers to the correct resources.   Your qualifications   We embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn.
