Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner - Embedded Software to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Lead and support a team of software developers in their daily work.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog to maximize customer value.
• Secure on-time software releases in alignment with project goals.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop a 6–12 month roadmap and guide priorities.
• Act as the link between the market and the development team, clarifying customer value.
• Present progress to and drive decision-making in the steering group.
• Handle resource conflicts with other POs, PMs, and the steering group.
• Manage the budget for the product and follow up on performance metrics.
• Support the customer in developing and improving agile ways of working.

What you bring:

• Solid experience as a Product Owner in embedded software development.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide and build teams.
• Structured, calm, and clear in communication – even in changing conditions.
• Results-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable shaping your own ways of working.
• Experience in backlog management, release planning, and stakeholder alignment.
• Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written).
