To support our growth, we are seeking a skilled and adaptable Internal Communications Manager who can bridge cultures and align teams.
Your Role
In this role, you will design and execute communications strategies that reach employees worldwide, manage international projects that improve internal collaboration, and support leadership in aligning teams with business objectives. You will be at the center of how our people communicate, engage, and thrive in a multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement internal communications strategies that strengthen engagement and support business priorities.
• Manage initiatives, ensuring effective coordination between teams in different clients.
• Create compelling content (digital newsletters, reports, presentations, intranet updates) that resonates across cultures.
• Organize internal events, training sessions, and cultural initiatives to strengthen collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
• Partner with leadership to ensure consistent, clear messaging across the company.
• Monitor the effectiveness of communications strategies and recommend improvements to maximize impact.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, International Relations, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in internal communications or international program coordination.
• Strong communication skills in English (other languages such as Portuguese, Spanish and French are a big plus).
• Experience working in multicultural environments, with the ability to adapt communication to diverse audiences.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and innovative mindset.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced IT or international business environment.
