Your Role and Responsibilities
Are you passionate about driving sustainability and making a global impact? We are looking for a proactive and strategic Sustainability Manager to lead and develop our sustainability agenda across our global business line. In this role, you will also coordinate key topics related to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), ensuring our operations align with our long-term commitment to a sustainable future.
You will be responsible for implementing the sustainability strategy in close collaboration with key business functions such as Product Management, R&D, Sourcing, Operations, and After-Sales Services. In addition, you will coordinate sustainability and HSE efforts across our global operations.
As part of the Quality department, you will report to the Quality Manager and act as team lead for the functions working with HSE and sustainability. This role is central to our ongoing efforts to strengthen our environmental responsibility and create long-term value.

From general purpose to highly customized designs, synchronous motors provide high efficiency, reliability and availability across all major industries and applications, including some in the toughest and most demanding environments. The division also has a long track record of designing and building generators for wide range of industries, including power generation, marine, oil and gas, mining, and data centers.
