Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Transport & Logistics Administrator to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Manage the daily flow of production material and ensure continuous supply to the production line
• Act as the central point in production to secure a constant material flow
• Deliver orders and production picks on time, with the right quality and quantity
• Handle production material flow, including both material management and forklift operations
• Ensure accurate delivery of products according to order plans
• Prepare and kit boxes to simplify and clarify the picking process for colleagues
• Identify and document material shortages
• Maintain smooth daily warehouse operations
• Continuously improve and streamline processes
• Support with additional warehouse tasks when required
• Collaborate closely with procurement and production teams

What you bring:

• Valid forklift license and proven experience with material handling systems (SAP, Excel)
• Basic knowledge of Lean and continuous improvement principles
• Strong focus on quality and accuracy
• Ability to plan and prioritize time effectively
