Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Further develop and maintain the common data platform (AWS S3, Snowflake, dbt, Terraform) to meet the needs of the finance function and scale across the organization
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to design and deliver data-driven products in line with data mesh principles
• Ensure reliable and secure data ingestion from internal and external systems, working closely with the backend team
• Promote decentralized ownership, interoperability, and reusability of data products across domains
• Contribute to building scalable, modern data solutions that connect business and technology needs

What you bring:

• Strong experience in modern data architecture and data product design
• Solid knowledge of data lakes (AWS S3), data warehouses (Snowflake), and transformation tools such as dbt or equivalent
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, programming in Kotlin or Java, and Infrastructure as Code (preferably Terraform)
• Understanding of data mesh principles and domain-oriented approaches to data management
• Advantageous experience in building and operating microservices-based architectures
• Familiarity with business architecture concepts, particularly information concept modeling
• A curious, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset, with strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex problems
• Passion for creating business value and ensuring work is aligned with organizational goals and strategy
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
