About the Role

We are seeking an SAP Fieldglass Solution Consultant to support our Contingent Workforce processes. You will play a key role in maximizing business value from the SAP Fieldglass solution by configuring processes, leading requirement management, and ensuring smooth integration with business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure SAP Fieldglass solutions in line with best practices to support business requirements.

• Capture business needs and manage requirements across pre-studies, projects, and programs.
• 
  
• Define functional requirements for integrations and solution developments.
• 
  
• Evaluate and recommend solution options and ways forward.
• 
  
• Ensure compliance with IT security directives.
• 
  
• Facilitate workshops with global stakeholders.
• 
  
• Deliver trainings together with key users and process developers.
• 
  
• Promote the benefits of the SAP Fieldglass solution across the organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience.
• 
  
• University or Master’s degree in Informatics (or equivalent).
• 
  
• Strong knowledge of SAP Fieldglass and contingent workforce processes.
• 
  
• Skilled in requirement management and stakeholder engagement.
• 
  
• Agile learner with the ability to balance business needs and priorities.
• 
  
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• 
  
• Ability to collaborate across functions and share best practices.
