About the Role

We are looking for a Senior SAP Ariba Buying Consultant to deliver solutions that support and enhance our business processes. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, making it ideal for someone who thrives on both vision and detail. You will serve as a domain expert, ensuring best practices in Ariba Buying & Invoicing while enabling seamless integrations across the IT landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Maximize the business value of the SAP Ariba Buying solution.

• Lead delivery of SAP Ariba implementations and solution rollouts.

• Configure SAP Ariba business processes according to best practices.
• 
  
• Define functional requirements for integrations and solution enhancements.
• 
  
• Implement integrations between SAP Ariba and ERP systems (e.g., SAP S4/Hana).
• 
  
• Capture business needs and lead requirement management in projects and programs.
• 
  
• Evaluate solution options and recommend the best way forward.
• 
  
• Ensure compliance with IT security directives.
• 
  
• Act as a domain expert for Ariba Buying & Invoicing.
• 
  
• Facilitate global workshops across sites and train key stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience as a Techno-Functional SAP Ariba Consultant.
• 
  
• Deep expertise in SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing, including Ariba Network, catalogue enablement, and Guided Buying.
• 
  
• Hands-on experience with integration products such as CIG, CI, Ariba Network, and SAP Ariba APIs.
• 
  
• Experience rolling out SAP Ariba in large, complex organizations.
• 
  
• Knowledge of SAP S4/Hana or other ERP system integrations.
• 
  
• Experience in supplier onboarding and catalogue enablement.
• 
  
• General knowledge of other SAP solutions.
• 
  
• Ability to experiment with system behavior and configurations.
• 
  
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
