Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and leading high-performing global teams? We’re looking for a proactive and collaborative Delivery Operations Lead to ensure seamless service delivery and support across our automation and integration platforms. Your mission

As a Delivery Operations Lead, you’ll be the linchpin between our development teams and offshore operations, ensuring that services are delivered with precision, quality, and care. You’ll lead with purpose, solve complex challenges, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Service Delivery & Support
  • Ensure high-quality, SLA-compliant delivery of operational services.
  • Oversee incident management, request fulfillment, and daily operations.
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as the primary interface for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead service reviews, status calls, and escalation management.
  • Team Leadership
  • Mentor and manage offshore support teams.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
  • Process & Performance Excellence
  • Drive process compliance and lead improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor KPIs and deliver actionable insights through reporting.
  • Risk & Compliance
  • Identify operational risks and ensure audit readiness.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory and security standards.

Your profile

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, multicultural environment and brings a strong mix of technical know-how, leadership, and service mindset.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • Proven experience leading distributed or offshore teams.
  • Deep knowledge of IT operations and service management (ITIL).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like Azure, IBM MQ, ServiceNow, and Azure DevOps.
  • A proactive, data-driven approach to problem-solving and risk mitigation
  • Fluency in English

Location and Travel

This position can be based in Stockholm or Örebro, Sweden. Occasional travel may be required.
