About the Role
We are currently looking for Norwegian-speaking Travel Advisors to join our team in Warsaw.
You will be providing top-tier customer support to premium travelers of one of the Nordic region’s leading airlines – SAS.
Your role will include assisting customers with bookings, payments, loyalty programs, and solving travel-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for SAS premium customers
- Provide advice on flights, products, and online services
- Manage bookings, payments, and customer requests
- Assist travelers with any issues that may arise
- Communicate professionally via phone and chat
- Build trust and foster long-term customer relationships
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian (written and spoken – C1 level)
- Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Enjoy working in an international team environment
- Willingness to relocate and work on-site in Warsaw
