Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Hardware Developer – PCB Design to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on

• Take end-to-end responsibility for PCB design and quality assurance, from early development to product maintenance in the field
• Lead and contribute to global PCB technology development and governance
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including radio, digital, mechanical, thermal design, and production to deliver high-quality PCB solutions
• Design PCB layouts using Cadence Allegro and related tools
• Develop and analyze board floor plans, ensuring performance, manufacturability, and reliability
• Support Product Lifecycle Management and prepare technical documentation for PCB designs
• Drive improvements in PCB/PBA design processes, methods, and ways of working
• Contribute to technology studies, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing across teams
• Participate in projects within the PCB domain and support multi-site development efforts

What you bring

• Minimum 3 years of experience in PCB design
• Proficiency in Cadence Allegro or similar PCB design tools
• Strong understanding of PCB manufacturing processes and mass production requirements
• Knowledge of telecommunication systems and electrical design principles
• Familiarity with thermal design, signal and power integrity, and related simulation tools
• Problem-solving mindset and strong analytical skills
• Scripting capabilities to support automation and design efficiency
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken, written, and technical documentation)
• Collaborative approach with willingness to share knowledge and contribute to global teams
