Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Hardware Developer – PCB Design to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on
- Take end-to-end responsibility for PCB design and quality assurance, from early development to product maintenance in the field
- Lead and contribute to global PCB technology development and governance
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including radio, digital, mechanical, thermal design, and production to deliver high-quality PCB solutions
- Design PCB layouts using Cadence Allegro and related tools
- Develop and analyze board floor plans, ensuring performance, manufacturability, and reliability
- Support Product Lifecycle Management and prepare technical documentation for PCB designs
- Drive improvements in PCB/PBA design processes, methods, and ways of working
- Contribute to technology studies, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing across teams
- Participate in projects within the PCB domain and support multi-site development efforts
What you bring
- Minimum 3 years of experience in PCB design
- Proficiency in Cadence Allegro or similar PCB design tools
- Strong understanding of PCB manufacturing processes and mass production requirements
- Knowledge of telecommunication systems and electrical design principles
- Familiarity with thermal design, signal and power integrity, and related simulation tools
- Problem-solving mindset and strong analytical skills
- Scripting capabilities to support automation and design efficiency
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken, written, and technical documentation)
- Collaborative approach with willingness to share knowledge and contribute to global teams
