We are now seeking a results-driven Admissions & Enrolment Manager to lead our student recruitment process and ensure that all inquiries and applications are successfully converted into enrolled students. Role Overview The Admissions & Enrolment Manager is responsible for driving the school’s admissions funnel from first inquiry through to confirmed enrolment. This is a highly results-focused role that requires excellent communication, sales, and relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, and thrives on meeting and exceeding enrolment targets. Key Responsibilities Respond to all inquiries, leads, and applications within 24 hours. Guide families through every step of the admissions process, ensuring clear communication and a seamless experience. Conduct persuasive school tours, open days, and parent meetings to highlight the school’s strengths. Proactively follow up with all prospective families until enrolment is confirmed. Maintain accurate admissions pipeline records in a CRM or tracking system. Achieve and exceed monthly and termly conversion targets. Provide weekly reports to school leadership on lead numbers, applications, conversions, and enrolments. Collaborate with the Principal and staff to support new student integration. Represent the school at promotional and community events to attract new families. Performance Expectations / KPIs Lead Response Time: All inquiries acknowledged within 24 hours. Conversion Rate: Minimum of 70–80% of qualified leads converted into enrolled students. Enrolment Targets: Achieve agreed monthly and termly enrolment numbers. Follow-up Discipline: No family left without at least weekly contact during the admissions process. Tours Conducted: Minimum of [5] school tours per week (customize based on your capacity). Qualifications & Experience Proven track record in admissions, sales, or recruitment with measurable results. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust quickly. Confident in leading persuasive presentations and one-to-one conversations with families. Organized, proactive, and target-driven. Experience using CRM systems or admissions databases.
