About the Role

As Production Development Manager, you will lead a skilled team to drive efficiency, quality, and innovation in production processes. The position offers the opportunity to influence and shape the future of production development in a cutting-edge industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a department of 15 professionals within production development.
• 
  
• Ensure efficient introduction of new products into production.
• 
  
• Drive productivity, quality, and lead-time improvements in collaboration with product development projects.
• 
  
• Optimize production flows and reduce waste using Lean principles.
• 
  
• Oversee service and maintenance of production machinery.
• 
  
• Contribute to strategic development and achievement of overall business targets.
• 
  
• Coach, support, and develop team members through goal-setting and follow-up.
• 
  
• Actively participate in the Operations management team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 
  
• Several years of experience in production management (personnel or project).
• 
  
• Proven knowledge of Lean Production and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
• 
  
• Strong leadership skills with a track record in process improvement and development.
• 
  
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• 
  
• Driven, structured, and persistent, with strong change management skills.
• 
  
• Skilled at coaching and developing teams, fostering a shared vision.
