The Senior AE will work closely with a dedicated BDR to develop and manage a high-quality pipeline, combining strategic outbound activities with inbound opportunities. The position requires expertise in formal sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or MEDDPICC and proven success managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect, initiate, and nurture relationships with enterprise-level organisations in the Nordic market.
Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting to close.
Deliver tailored product demonstrations to C-suite and senior decision-makers.
Perform outbound activities to generate at least 50% of your own pipeline.
Develop account strategies to build long-term customer relationships.
Capture and manage detailed sales data in Salesforce.
Represent HiBob at major industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of B2B SaaS closing experience, including at least 2 years in an enterprise AE role.
Experience closing deals of €150K+ ARR within organisations of 1,000+ employees.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding €1M+ annual quotas.
Proficiency in at least one Nordic language (C1) and fluent English.
Strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and consultative selling skills.
Experience with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC or similar structured sales methodologies.

Base salary €77,000–€103,000 + uncapped commission (50/50 split).
