1. Provide PDI, debugging, and equipment training services for overseas machinery equipment, guide customers on correct and safe operation, inform them of proper maintenance methods during use, and offer real-time consulting services to customers and operators .
2. Offer solutions and follow-up guidance when overseas equipment malfunctions to ensure normal and safe operation of the equipment .
3. Liaise with overseas distributors, provide consulting services to assist them in developing local business, continuously offer necessary information or training consulting services, and enhance their professional knowledge and skills in equipment .
4. Provide suggestions and consultations on the accessory sales system, and assist customers in managing local overseas accessory inventory and sales .
5. Independently solve equipment failures, guide and support technical issues related to product development, production, and after-sales, and be involved in product-related technical data management, product patent filing and improvement .
