Azure Architect – Integration & D365 F&O Focus
We are now looking for a skilled Azure Architect for a long-term consulting assignment with our client in Stockholm.
This is a critical role, where you will lead the architectural work around integrations in connection with a multi-market rollout of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
About the assignment As an Azure Architect, you will be responsible for designing scalable, future-proof integration solutions between D365 F&O and other business-critical systems.
You’ll collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical solutions and strategic goals.
While you’ll support the D365 implementation, the main focus will be on solution architecture and integration design, not hands-on configuration or development.
Example responsibilities
- Design integration architecture between D365 F&O and external/internal systems
- Utilize Azure services such as Logic Apps, API Management, Azure Functions, and Service Bus
- Manage secure, high-performing APIs and data flows across systems
- Support development teams with architectural guidance and technical decisions
- Plan and optimize communication between systems to ensure performance and scalability
- Use Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, version control, and release management
- Participate in integration testing and troubleshooting using Azure Portal and Postman
- Collaborate with D365 experts to align technical solutions with business needs
Requirements
- Solid experience as an Azure Architect in complex system landscapes
- Proven track record designing integration solutions involving D365 Finance & Operations
- Strong proficiency in:
- Azure Logic Apps
- Azure Functions
- API Management
- Azure Key Vault
- Azure Service Bus
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and Git version control
- Ability to translate business requirements into robust technical architecture
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
Nice to have
- Experience supporting D365 implementations from an architectural perspective
- Microsoft certifications within Azure and/or D365 (recommended but not required)
