As a participant in our Industrial Graduate Program, you will embark on a 9 months assignment in Grimsas, Sweden. You will take part to an optimization of the Fiber Components project within our organization and contribute to local Industrial projects in Sweden. This immersive experience is specifically crafted to provide you with a well-rounded understanding of our operations, equipping you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in a leadership role.

Mission

• Design and implement new processes and equipment within our production units, following the complete process from specification to project commissioning.
• Work closely with the production team to improve existing processes, identifying areas for improvement and proposing effective solutions.
• Ensure the proper application of the SMQHSE (Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Management System) and compliance with HSE requirements on projects.
• Participate in the control of known and applied documentation and records
• Manage relations with subcontractors and suppliers on new projects
• Coordinate the project team and ensure effective communication at critical stages of the project.
