Do you want to work with advanced data technology in a fast-growing company focused on innovative, cloud-based solutions? SK Good Tech AB is now looking for an experienced Data Engineer to work as a consultant, supporting our clients who want to develop large-scale systems of the future for data management and analysis.

About the Role

As a Data Engineer consultant with us, you will play a key role in designing, building, and scaling robust cloud-based data platforms. You will work closely with both product and technical teams at client sites—to deliver efficient data pipelines and reliable infrastructure that enable advanced analytics and real-time insights for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable data pipelines
• Build and further develop our Azure-based data platform
• Optimize performance for large-scale systems
• Ensure data quality through automated testing and monitoring
• Contribute to infrastructure design with a focus on robustness and availability
• Collaborate with teams to deliver data that supports business-critical decision-making

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python
• Solid experience with Azure (preferably including Data Factory, Databricks, and other related services)
• Experience working with Spark and optimizing data processes
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably in Azure DevOps
• Strong understanding of system design and large-scale environments
• Relevant academic background in computer engineering or similar
• Excellent English skills (spoken and written)
