Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Requirements Analyst / Business Architect to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Monitor and secure compliance of products during the maintenance phase, ensuring adherence to applicable regulations and certifications.
• Proactively analyze and interpret compliance-related vehicle data from the field, generating regular reports and updates.
• Coordinate activities within the Certification & Compliance department related to product updates in the maintenance phase.
• Lead compliance evaluations for product updates, collaborating with Regulation Specialists and Certification Leaders.
• Initiate and manage certificate updates in coordination with Certification Leaders.
• Support and contribute to the release process, including software updates, ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
• Engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization, fostering effective communication and alignment.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, or equivalent documented experience within the automotive industry.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in data analysis and software release management, preferably in an automotive context.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills with proven ability to work with vehicle data extraction and interpretation.
• Proficiency in tools such as Python, SQL, Azure, and Power BI for data processing and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); Swedish language skills are an advantage.
• Strong networking and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
• Ability to work in a structured and detail-oriented manner while handling complex regulatory requirements.
• High level of personal integrity, courage to address challenges, and a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
