Overview
You will be part of the Test and Lab IT Infrastructure team, building competence around internal IT services such as Test Cell Gateway and FactoryPlace.
You will serve as the technical contact for selected stakeholders and work closely with the Business Infrastructure Manager (BIM) for the Hardware in the Loop (HIL) area for embedded software testing.
The team is globally diverse in competence and roles, with close collaboration between members.
Role Description
The focus is on Software Development IT Infrastructure environments, where you will:
- Manage IT requirements.
- Define IT infrastructure architecture.
- Ensure relevant use of infrastructure services in line with the IT landscape and security regulations.
- Secure actions in the roadmap within your scope.
- Communicate effectively about infrastructure services, including quality and performance, incidents, operational changes, and stakeholder updates.
- Continuously develop your work methods and skills.
An IT architect background is required, along with experience managing HIL Rigs and working with platform as a service (PaaS).
You are expected to be a proactive team player, results-oriented, and willing to share and receive knowledge.
Required Knowledge/Experience
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Professional experience and ITIL knowledge.
- Experience in software development infrastructure such as HIL Rig, Windows, Linux, networks, firewalls, computers, and servers.
- Familiarity with infrastructure solutions for embedded software development (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, PaaS, IaaS).
- Proficiency in requirement management and bridging software factory needs with infrastructure solutions.
- Experience in problem solving, continuous improvement, and Agile ways of working.
- English and Swedish language skills.
