Evolushi is Hiring – Specialist Chef in Asian & Japanese Cuisine

Evolushi is more than just a restaurant – we are a culinary journey where tradition meets innovation.

We are now looking for a passionate specialist chef to join our team and help us develop our concept in Asian and Japanese gastronomy.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop dishes inspired by Japanese and Asian classics – from sushi and sashimi to hot dishes like ramen, yakitori, and tempura.
• Work with premium ingredients to ensure every dish meets the highest standards in both flavor and presentation.
• Create exciting fusion dishes in true Evolushi style.
• Contribute to seasonal menus and special events.
• Follow all kitchen hygiene and safety procedures.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Has proven experience in Asian cuisine, with a strong focus on Japanese cooking.
• Is skilled in both traditional techniques and modern presentation styles.
• Is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about developing new flavors.
• Can handle a fast-paced kitchen environment with ease.
• Speaks Swedish or English.
