About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant to lead and deliver end-to-end EC implementations, from planning and configuration through to go-live.
This role requires deep functional expertise, strong client relationship skills, and hands-on experience in configuring, integrating, and supporting Employee Central and related modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead two or more full-cycle Employee Central implementations, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Configure and manage EC features, including MDF and foundation objects, business rules, workflows, data models, picklists, role-based permissions, instance sync, release management, and translations.
- Oversee replication of organizational and employee master data from Employee Central to SAP HCM.
- Develop and execute test scenarios, test scripts, and cutover activities.
- Configure and support Position Management, Global Assignment, Reporting, Time-Off, Timesheet, and Benefits modules.
- Ensure seamless integration with other SAP SuccessFactors talent modules.
- Maintain and update the Solution Design Configuration Workbook and related documentation.
- Provide functional expertise, manage client relationships, and ensure alignment with business needs.
Requirements
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification.
- Minimum of two full EC implementations from planning through go-live.
- Hands-on configuration experience across all core EC components.
- Strong understanding of EC-to-HCM integration.
- Experience with release management and change control processes.
- Relevant consulting or industry background in SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
