About the Role
We are seeking an experienced UKG Dimensions Configurator with strong expertise in UKG Workforce Central and UKG Pro Workforce Management (formerly Dimensions). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of configuring, implementing, and supporting UKG Pro WFM solutions, along with strong business process analysis skills and technical integration experience.

1. Core System Expertise
☐ Minimum 5 years in UKG Workforce Central configuration.
☐ Minimum 4 years in UKG Pro Workforce Management (Dimensions) configuration.
☐ Hands-on experience with API integrations (inbound/outbound).
2. Module Configuration Skills
☐ Advanced Scheduling
☐ Forecasting
☐ Activity Setup
☐ Pay Rules
☐ Accruals
☐ Reporting Analyze
☐ Absence Management
☐ UKG Clocks
☐ Mobile Configuration
3. Technical & Integration Knowledge
☐ API integration experience with UKG products.
☐ Dell Boomi integration platform.
☐ WIM (Workforce Integration Manager).
☐ RDL report development.
4. Project Delivery Experience
☐ Full project lifecycle experience (requirements → design → configuration → go-live → support).
☐ Experience creating process documentation and diagrams.
☐ Experience configuring and troubleshooting interfaces and reports.
5. Industry & Domain Knowledge
☐ Strong understanding of UKG product enterprise architecture.
☐ Functional knowledge in Time & Attendance and Workforce Management.
