We are looking for a Logistics Engineer / Logistics Developer with focus on inbound packaging topics for a global company in Västerås.

Start is in September 2025, 1 year's contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.

The Packaging Engineer is responsible to lead and coordinate the development and qualification of pallets and cartons and other packaging in a variety. Your responsibilities are to reassure that our incoming goods comes in pallets that have a good quality, is ergonomic and safe and following the general packaging instruction. Smaller emballages as cartoons is also a packaging that is used a lot in the assembly lines.

Your responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross functional partners inside and worldwide to define the packaging requirements.

• Coordinate the creation/modification/improvement of packaging in collaboration with responsible Logistic Developer and SCM, Quality and other stakeholders.

• Identify and evaluate technical solutions, including seeing to those materials are aligned with relevant regulation and guidelines.

• Contribute to innovation, develop packaging understanding and identify new ideas for the emballage that can be used for inbound packaging methods.

• Maintain and develop the General packaging instruction and create DPIs(Detailed packaging instructions) when needed.

Requirements for the role:

• Experience in internal logistics from manufacturing industries

• Self-motivated and results-driven, able to easily connect with remote stakeholders or peers.
• Fluency in English and Swedish is meritorious.

This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Västerås. Start is in September 2025, 1 year's contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.
