You will belong to the Sourcing Excellence team that enables Sourcing to operate efficiently and sustainably by driving continuous improvements in processes, systems, data, and communication as well as heads up the Sourcing compliance framework. In your daily work you will collaborate with multiple colleagues within Global Sourcing and from other Axis functions. Your contribution to Global Sourcing is of high importance to ensure that we work in an efficient and aligned way which will be crucial to support our company's growth and manage internal as well as external requirements. What you'll do here as Sourcing Process Developer? Through internal and external collaboration and networking, you will… …identify, drive and implement improvements in processes and systems. These could be smaller activities or larger projects. As Global Sourcing has a wide range of functions such as Commodity Management, Project Sourcing and Sourcing Quality, these improvements can be related to any of the areas. ...ensure that developed processes are implemented in everyday work for our different functions …manage and facilitate forums at Sourcing across teams and roles to secure alignment. …represent Global Sourcing in cross-functional process and system forums. …actively represent Global Sourcing in cross-functional improvement activities, either by driving the activity or participating as a member. …act as System administrator in our Supplier Relationship Management system to support users and manage business configurations. …conduct trainings of our processes and systems as well as do communications. …develop process and system documentation. …develop KPI´s to track process efficiencies, goal achievements and data accuracy. …be an active contributor to development of the department by sharing ideas, benchmarks and best practices. Who are we looking for/Who are you? We believe you are a relationship builder with good communication skills who enjoys collaboration and alignment. You happily take the driver's seat and make things happen. You want to understand the big picture but also eagerly dive deep into the details. You are a well-structured and result-oriented person with a keen interest in continuous improvements. You have a good understanding of Supplier Management and Commodity Management. We'd love to hear that you have/are: · A degree in Industrial Economy, Supply Chain Management or similar. · Minimum 2 years' experience within sourcing/supply chain focusing on improvements related to processes · Experience and interest in Supplier Management and Commodity Management · Excellent MS office skills and experience of working in an ERP and/or SRM system. · Experience from digitalizing processes. · Excellent English skills, both written and spoken. · Ability to manage multiple tasks at the time and prioritize effectively. · A positive attitude and the willingness to learn and develop both yourself and others.
