Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Planner to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and status reports for complex engineering projects
• Propose and implement corrective actions in case of deviations from the plan
• Lead pre-planning activities, including analysis of scope, work breakdown structure, quality requirements, quantities, financial and contractual obligations, and division of responsibilities
• Collaborate with external stakeholders to ensure realistic, feasible project plans and assess contractors’ progress
• Manage scheduling for commissioning and start-up activities
• Support the project control team in developing and monitoring the project’s performance index
• Work independently to lead high-complexity projects and provide guidance to junior colleagues

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Energy
• Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Extensive experience using Primavera P6 for project planning and scheduling
• Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in project planning, preferably in engineering or energy sectors
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address project risks and deviations
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
• Experience in managing commissioning and start-up schedules
• Capability to work independently while mentoring and supervising less experienced team members
