Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project Supplier Quality Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Serve as the primary liaison between suppliers and project teams, fostering strong relationships to enhance quality outcomes
- Collaborate closely with the Project Quality Manager to develop and implement comprehensive supplier quality plans
- Establish and maintain supplier monitoring plans to proactively mitigate project risks
- Evaluate suppliers’ capabilities to meet project-specific requirements, ensuring compliance with customer expectations and local regulations
- Plan and coordinate inspection dates with suppliers, aligning critical inspection points for both customers and the organization
- Collect, review, and validate supplier quality documentation, including declarations, inspection and test plans, and certificates
What you bring:
- Background in purchasing quality, manufacturing, or operation of rotating machinery, boilers, process industry, or welding
- Proven experience in product quality assurance and a solid understanding of manufacturing and project processes
- Knowledge of relevant standards such as CE marking, PED, SS-EN 1090, ISO 3834, LVD, or similar, with the ability to interpret standards and customer requirements
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Strong organizational skills, with a structured and collaborative working style
- Ability to thrive in team-oriented environments while proactively driving projects forward
