About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Data Engineer for an exciting consulting assignment. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain scalable data platforms and pipelines, focusing on delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a key role in shaping the technical vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines for both real-time and batch processing.
• Design and implement data architectures with a focus on performance, reliability, and reusability.
• Lead technical initiatives and mentor other engineers in the team.
• Ensure data quality and observability through monitoring and automated testing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Who We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or Software Engineer.
• Strong expertise in Databricks, AWS (S3, Glue, Lambda), Delta Lake, and related technologies.
• Experience building ETL pipelines, data modeling, and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with system integration and middleware is a plus.
• Ability to lead projects, drive roadmaps, and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
