Job description.
Lead group wide initiatives and projects and act as a catalyst and facilitator of change and follow up on management activities and decisions. Facilitate Corporate executive agenda together with the CEO assistant who is responsible for the more administrative tasks. Be a strategic advisor and problem-solving partner to the CEO. Participate in Group Management Team meetings and take care of the minutes. Facilitate Board meetings, annual general meeting, and capital market sub agendas. Develop structural capital and best practice for Board of Directors analysis and presentation material. Supporting the CEO and participating in selected meetings with the Board of Directors, shareholders, owners etc. Support the CEO and the executive managers at a tactical, strategic, and operational level. Develop presentations and communications on key issues by gathering necessary information from the business.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in business and or Engineering. 5+ years of working experience in business, consulting or finance. International working experience from listed company.
Excellent excel and Power point skills. Fluent in English, preferable native.

Outstanding communication and analytical skills. Exceptionally good project management and coordination skills. High level of problem solving skills and an attention to details. Positive, flexible and organized. Able to multi-task and work under high pressure from time to time.
