Job Responsibilities

1. Understand the local market capacity and potential industry opportunities; identify the information of System Integrator, End User, and Consultants within the responsible market; macro research on competitors business development and other related information.

2. Conduct a thorough review of target customer groups within dominant industries to identify potential customers. Set up customers visit plans, collaborate with teams to formulate tailored solutions, and focus on addressing the pain points of competitor's core customer groups to achieve key breakthroughs.

3. Building a customer profile for System Integrator, End User involves understanding their scale and capabilities, industry position, organizational structure, decision-making chain, decision-making preferences, primary needs, business pain points, as well as their cooperation and relationship with competing brands. Regularly conducting comprehensive assessments of the qualifications, annual purchasing power, and technical service capabilities of System Integrator within the responsible market.

4. Coordinate with multiple departments (procurement, sales, technology, etc.) of System Integrator, End User, and consultants, as well as their corresponding leaders, establish and develop organizational level cooperation relationships, further fully tap into customer advantages resources (social relationships, industry resources, local background, etc.) to match business, extend and expand customers relationships.

5. Continuously explore effective business opportunities, set up the strategic analysis to expand project advantages, improve the implementation of key projects and the conversion rate.

6. Promote and train products& solutions to System Integrator, End ecosystem. User, and Consultants, as well as allocate product promotion resources for key project; gain insights into the industry ecosystem and build it up, gradually embedding into the ecosystem.

7. Build replicable pilot projects of significant importance; implement other brand marketing promotion activities, such as participating in forums and salons in key industries, to enhance brand influence.

Knowledge and Competencies

1. With more than 5 years of experience in the security industry, master the basic knowledge of the security industry, sales project experience is needed.

2. Deep understanding of local security industry standards, familiar with local security market, has strong network with local system integrators, established presence within the end user network is a plus.

3. Should have Strong selling skills, ability to listen and tailor make presentations to meet customer needs, independently conduct customer visits and presentations.

4. Open minded to working in a multi-cultural environment.

5. Priority is given to candidate who has working experience in local scale System Integrator/security &CCTV distributor, or to sales from security suppliers.
