Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Serve as the Scrum Master for a distributed software engineering team, facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring efficient team collaboration
• Coordinate and align work between team members located in Bretten, Germany, and Stockholm, Sweden
• Support program execution within a SAFe framework, managing cadenced Program Increments and sprints
• Utilize Azure DevOps for team planning, backlog management, and progress tracking
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, open communication, and strong collaboration across the distributed team
• Potentially contribute to development or testing activities, depending on your technical background and expertise

What you bring:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master within software engineering, preferably in big data, complex systems, or industrial domains
• Demonstrated ability to manage and support distributed teams effectively
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience working within a SAFe program structure
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps for planning and tracking team activities
• Excellent collaboration, facilitation, and communication skills
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
• Willingness and ability to travel between Sickla, Sweden, and Bretten, Germany, as required
• Bonus: Familiarity with the team’s tech stack, including C#, • NET, Windows, Kubernetes, and Python
