The position

We’re looking for a Mood Manager to be the heart of our office - someone who creates a welcoming, vibrant, and professional atmosphere for employees, visitors, and clients alike.

As Mood Manager you’ll blend traditional office and facility management with a strong focus on building a positive workplace culture. You will play a key role in both the daily operations of our workspace and the overall mood and energy of the office through interpersonal engagement, attentiveness, and creativity. You’ll also be responsible for planning and coordinating internal events like summer parties, after-work gatherings, and other initiatives that bring people together.

Example of work tasks that are included

  • Managing supplier relationships and handling negotiations and contract offers within the facility coordination area.
  • Project managing small-scale renovations and office improvements to keep our environment fresh and functional.
  • Work together with the Security team to ensure we stay compliant with fire safety and general safety regulations, and taking ownership of related routines.
  • Work closely with the Mood Manager at our Stockholm office to share ideas and align efforts in creating a thriving workplace culture across locations.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in an administrative, facility, front desk, or other customer-facing, service-oriented role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Swedish
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor

It's a bonus if you

  • Experience coordinating internal events or office initiatives
  • An interest in workplace wellbeing or office experience management

Additional information:

Start: As soon as possible Place of employment: Linköping (on site)

Scope: Full-time at the office

Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
