Internal Communication Consultant

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Internal Communication Consultant to strengthen our Communications Integration team. The role involves supporting internal communications teams across multiple markets, ensuring a consistent and engaging flow of information that reflects the organization’s values and strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as an editorial lead for internal news content in English, covering 27 global markets, and publish across intranet, Viva Engage, and newsletters.
• 
  
• Produce high-quality internal communication materials, including leadership updates, letters, email campaigns, and other content formats.
• 
  
• Ensure messaging consistently reflects the organization’s purpose, strategy, and values.
• 
  
• Manage and maintain internal communication platforms (including SharePoint), publish updates, and track performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Native-level English proficiency, with exceptional writing and editing skills.
• 
  
• At least 7 years of experience in communications or editorial roles, preferably in internal communications.
• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or equivalent professional experience.
• 
  
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to navigate a complex, matrixed organization.
• 
  
• Proven planning and multitasking abilities.

Additional Details

• Part-time role (approx. 60–90 hours per month).

• Fully remote position.

• Consultant must provide own computer and phone.
