About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will work on end-to-end recruitment tasks, helping us attract and engage top talent. You will communicate with candidates in both Swedish and English, making your language skills essential for success. This internship offers valuable, hands-on experience in recruitment processes, interview coordination, and candidate management.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and publish job postings in Swedish and English on various platforms.
Screen applications and shortlist candidates according to role requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Communicate with candidates, ensuring a positive and professional recruitment experience.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract talent in the Swedish market.
Assist with recruitment reporting and tracking using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Collaborate with the HR team on recruitment-related projects and events.
Skills & Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team.
