About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Process Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our manufacturing processes, with a focus on safety, ensuring quality, improving efficiency, and reducing costs. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, including business units, production, and process owners, to implement lean manufacturing principles and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will be part of our Process Department and report to the Process Manager.
The role includes creating strategic development plans, acting as project manager for improvement projects, and supporting CAPEX and investment initiatives.
As our new colleague, you will develop and implement quality control systems based on FMEA studies, lead lean and continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with design and engineering teams to optimize production design. You will conduct time and motion studies, use CAD software for tool and equipment layouts, and coach production staff on best practices. Monitoring production efficiency, quality, and costs through key performance indicators is essential.
