Join Our Kayak Crew!

We’re looking for friendly, outdoorsy souls to kickstart our guests’ kayak and canoe adventures with a smile.

What You'll Do:

• Welcome guests, give safety & area briefings.
• Hand out and prep gear (kayaks, camping kits).
• Keep equipment shipshape and our base tidy.
• Manage bookings on our system (training provided).
• On quiet days—light maintenance and cleaning.
• Work weekends; half-time roles available now, with winter work possible.

What You Bring

• Experience in outdoor activities, including wild camping or multi-day adventures, is a plus.
• Love for the outdoors—kayaking, hiking, camping experience a big plus.
• Willingness to paddle in the area to provide guests with the best tips on where to paddle.
• Solid English, we mainly work in international contexts
• Knowledge of any other language (e.g., Swedish, German, French) is an advantage.
• Weekend work is required.
