We are a group of collaborative and forward-thinking individuals dedicated to building valuable solutions and are looking forward to growing together with you! We are looking for two new team members to develop our innovative products. One product is rethinking the way companies compile and report their sustainability data and the other is connecting building projects and their stakeholders with the right product information in the right format at the right time. Both products are in an early phase and you will get to be part of forming our next phase of growth.

As our new Product Manager, you will…

• Develop, own, and communicate a clear product roadmap, aligning your team and stakeholders on key initiatives.
• Lead your cross-functional team of engineers and designers to discover, develop, and launch valuable solutions that meet our business objectives.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify key trends and user needs within the building industry, turning insights into actionable opportunities.
• Drive the product's continuous motion-to-market, defining and executing on go-to-market and pricing strategies in collaboration with our commercial teams.
• Define and track key product metrics and OKRs to measure success and inform future decisions.

We believe that you…

• Have previous experience as a product manager in a software or technology-driven company in the SaaS industry.
• Possess strong business acumen with a go-to-market mindset and a deep appreciation for the value of an excellent user experience.
• Strategic systems-thinker with proven prioritisation skills, capable of managing complex projects and making rationalised decisions.
• Humble yet effective leader and communicator, inspiring your team and aligning stakeholders.
• Are proficient in modern product management tools (Jira, Miro, etc.) for roadmaps, epics, and features. Fluent in Agile, but pragmatic and customer-value focused over rigid processes.
• Have a post-secondary education in engineering, business, economics, or another relevant field.
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills is a must.

Extra awesome (or for you to learn)

• Driven an early-stage product through its lifecycle.
• Experience in the building industry or competence within the sustainability scope.

The Design App - automating climate calculations in building design directly in Revit. And lastly, supporting distributors and partners with data directly from Bim.com. On top of that, for the manufacturer we offer EandoX, LCA and BIM services - for creating product information, and making it ready for the market.

Practicalities

This position is located in Malmö and offers a hybrid work model. We love the mix between meeting at the office, and having the possibility to explore what works best for you.
