Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Test Vehicle Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Coordinate the updating of test vehicles received from international partners.
• Develop and implement a standardized process for vehicle updates and test management.
• Identify and resolve deviations collaboratively with Swedish and US-based teams.
• Order necessary components and parts for vehicle updates.
• Organize knowledge-sharing activities to enhance product awareness across teams.
• Gather and document test requirements using Test Assignments (TA).
• Design and maintain a tracking system to monitor the status of all test vehicles.
• Facilitate better cross-team coordination and communication.
• Adapt to flexible working hours to accommodate time zone differences with the US.

What you bring:

• Proven experience (2+ years) as a Coordinator or Project Manager in a technical or automotive environment.
• Strong technical understanding of vehicles or automotive systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written); Swedish language skills are a plus.
• Ability to work onsite daily due to the nature of urgent tasks at the customer’s workshop.
• Willingness to work flexibly, including late meetings with US counterparts.
