Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 FnO & Commerce Payments Consultant to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Define and enrich the product backlog with user stories and business requirements in collaboration with the product team
  • Participate in sprint planning and actively contribute during product demos and solution reviews
  • Support the team to deliver standard configuration-based solutions aligned with business needs
  • Write functional design documents for customizations and reports in Dynamics 365
  • Ensure design documentation captures boundary conditions and includes robust test scenarios
  • Review design, data mapping, and integration specifications prepared by other team members
  • Provide expert functional guidance and troubleshooting support throughout the build and implementation process
  • Collaborate closely with technical consultants to ensure accurate translation of functional to technical requirements
  • Support acceptance testing by ensuring all acceptance criteria are met
  • Configure payment methods and operation mappings across channels including POS, Call Center, and E-commerce
  • Implement integrations with third-party payment connectors such as Adyen and PayPal, including tokenization and PCI compliance
  • Manage unified commerce payment flows, refunds, and omni-channel payment validations
  • Configure scheduler jobs (e.g., 1070, 1110) for syncing payment data
  • Participate in testing complex cross-channel scenarios including gift cards, loyalty points, and multi-channel order processing
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of D365 Retail and Commerce features and industry best practices
  • Contribute positively to team collaboration and support successful delivery of product goals

What you bring:

  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 FnO and Commerce modules with strong functional knowledge
  • Deep experience with payment configurations including tender types, connectors, and omni-channel payments
  • Strong understanding of Call Center channel configuration and role-based access to manage payments
  • Experience implementing third-party integrations including Adyen and PayPal with tokenization and PCI settings
  • Hands-on experience configuring commerce order payment flows, RMA handling, and unified payment validations
  • Practical understanding of scheduling jobs for syncing payment data across systems
  • Ability to define, document, and review complex functional designs for customizations and integrations
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and standard documentation practices
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration skills and a team-first mindset
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
