Many of our colleagues have progressed into broader global roles or specialized areas such as: * Talent Management * Talent Acquisition * Total Rewards * People Analytics As an HR Direct Agent you will provide 1st line support for managers and employees on processes, products and tools pertaining to HR and act as ambassador to promote the interests and reputation of HR globally. To provide an HR transactional service in relation to all Global & Local tools and processes like SuccessFactors, ITM, CCM, Payroll, Benefits, etc. Grow with us Responsibility: * Understand Employee Request by active comprehension and probing contacting HR via email, chat and web forms * Visualize process and product cycle to understand any gap or exception processing. * Provide explanation and reasons for requests pending or that cannot be processed. * Assisting Employees Globally in resolving requests and following up with other units. * Share feedback and observation with the Managers and Unit Heads on process and product improvement. * Work with Employees to provide solution as per processes * Take ownership and ability to maintain confidentiality * Break complex processes in logical flow to understand E2E process To succeed in this role, you’ll need: * Must be fluent in English & Swedish – written and verbal. * Strong communication and multitasking skills. * High customer service focus and troubleshooting experience, interfacing with functions/people. * Knowledge/Exposure to MS office, online ticketing tools, HR systems and Global clients will be an added advantage. * Keen learning orientation. Preferred: * Advanced skills in MS Excel * Hands on experience in SAP HR, SuccessFactors, HR Case Management systems. * With prior experience in customer service on phone, email and chat in shared service or technical and product support.
