Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Agile Leader to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Act as Release Train Engineer (RTE) within one of the Swedish e-Health Authority’s Agile Release Trains
- Manage and optimize the train’s end-to-end flow of value to deliver high-impact digital infrastructure for national use
- Facilitate key SAFe ceremonies including PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, and system demos, ensuring alignment and progress across teams
- Promote effective collaboration between agile teams and relevant stakeholders within and outside the train
- Support and coach agile roles, teams, and stakeholders in adopting and maturing agile practices in line with SAFe and lean-agile principles
- Track, follow up, and clearly communicate train-level metrics to ensure transparency and data-driven improvements
- Identify, escalate, and follow through on risks, dependencies, and obstacles impacting train-level performance
- Drive continuous improvement efforts across the train in terms of agile ways of working, flow efficiency, and built-in quality
What you bring:
- At least 3 years of proven experience working as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) or in an equivalent leadership role in a scaled agile environment
- A minimum of 5 years of documented experience working with the SAFe framework at the train level, with at least 24 months within the last 3 years
- Extensive experience (minimum 3 years) in planning and leading large-scale agile events such as PI Planning and Inspect & Adapt workshops
- Demonstrated experience in coaching individuals and teams in a scaled agile environment, with strong mentoring and facilitation skills
- Deep understanding of lean-agile principles with the ability to apply, teach, and gain alignment around them at the train and stakeholder levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish

Preferred certifications:
RTE, Scrum Master, or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
- Proven ability to build high-performing teams and foster collaboration across multiple agile teams
- Experience leading structured continuous improvement initiatives
- Documented experience coaching managers in a scaled agile environment
- Previous experience working within a public authority, government-owned company, or a similar regulated organization
